An adventure lover at heart, I have always been drawn to the power of movement and personal exploration. Always inspired by the freedom, joy, and peace that can be found through connection to the body and to the self. As a coach and yoga & mindfulness instructor, I focus on the Whole Person, centering your mind-body connection, promoting balance, and encouraging self-reflection. I help people find joy, wake up to new possibilities, and live in ways that truly light them up. My casual, down-to-earth style creates space for you to show up fully and authentically, live mindfully, and embrace your inner wild.
