  • Personal Development Coaching

    Coaching is a space to gain insight and take action. Through this coaching-client partnership, we will work together to help you uncover what you really want out of life and the path to get there. We will get clear on the things that fuel you and identify the barriers that currently stand in the way of experiencing the aliveness that each day has to offer.

    Together, we will develop strategies that integrate the parts of your life that are most important, reconnecting to the things that fire you up while disentangling from what’s making you feel “stuck.” My whole-person approach to coaching uses evidence-based techniques that leverage your strengths and help you take action. As we work towards finding your spark, these sessions can help you gain momentum to create a life that excites you.

  • Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation

    Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that connects you to your inner-self through body and breath awareness, sense perception, and visualization. Resting in a comfortable and supported position, all you have to do is listen as you are guided through a mindfulness practice that will help your body and mind relax and restore.

    Sessions can be scheduled for 30, 45, or 60 minutes and meditations will be tailored to your needs. Yoga Nidra can also be paired with private or group yoga.

  • Yoga Instruction

    Movement based practices enable us to connect to both the body and mind, and find joy through physical expression. By tuning into the Self with greater awareness, we can begin to create space for more freedom, more expansion, and more ease. Classes provide an opportunity to build the resilience that will support and sustain you through all dimensions of your wellbeing.

    Whether you’re looking for private or group instruction, classes will offer accountability and support tailored to your needs. Sequences are designed to help you explore your own experience, physically and mentally, both on and off the mat.
