Mindful Wild was born out of an understanding that life is about navigating that delicate balance between stillness and movement. About living intentionally while staying connected to yourself and your values. It’s about listening to the spark that lights you up and aligning with your truth, even if it means leaving the familiar behind and turning toward the unknown. I believe that life is meant to be fully experienced and fully expressed and I am here to hold the space for you as you step forward on your own journey, find your truth, and live a life reimagined.


My approach is centered around a holistic view of wellbeing, focusing on the whole person and the interconnections between all dimensions of health and wellness. I believe in living mindfully and staying wild because growth and transformation require both being grounded and letting yourself fly.
